We encourage ridesharing when possible. While there is limited parking available on 16th St., please respect our neighbors and avoid parking on Morgan Street.

Nevermore Park is ADA-compliant, however not all installations may be. Please contact hello@nevermorepark.com if you have accessibility needs and for details on handicapped parking. Service animals are permitted. Please leave other pets at home.

Tickets are $28.

    • Please note: Nevermore Park will be closed for renovations between January 6th - 10th and January 13th - 17th. We will have regular operating hours on Saturdays and Sundays, and will resume regular operating hours starting again on January 23rd.*

      We have 15 tickets available every 15 minutes.

      Thursday: 2:30pm - 9:30pm
      Friday: 2:30pm - 9:30pm
      Saturday: 10:30am to 9:30pm
      Sunday: 10:30am to 8:30pm

      We open our doors 15 minutes prior to the first entry time.

While we encourage Visitors to be on time for their entry, Visitors scheduled for the final entry time are allowed to enter Nevermore Park up to 30 minutes after the listed final entry time. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the park for up to one hour after the final listed entry time.

(i.e. On Thursdays, our final entry time is 9:30pm. Visitors are allowed to enter anytime before 10pm, and we begin closing the Experience at 10:30pm.)

*Visitors arriving later than 30 minutes after the final listed entry time will not be permitted to enter. All tickets are final sale and we are not able to offer exchanges, transfers or refunds.

Typically, we have a limited number of walk-up tickets available for purchase at the door. Walk up tickets are available based on the capacity of the space and at the discretion of the House Management team.

We do our best to get walk-up Visitors in as close to their arrival time as possible. In the event we are at capacity, we may suggest another entry time. (i.e. “We are at capacity now, but if you come back in 30 minutes it looks like we can get you in!”)

You may purchase up to fifteen tickets in one order. For groups of 16 or more please contact hello@nevermorepark.com

 

We happily accept both mobile and printed tickets.
When you arrive, you will need to check in and have your ticket scanned. Please see a box office attendant if you need assistance accessing your ticket.

Only Visitors with valid tickets in the Nevermore Park system will be permitted to enter the experience. If you arrive to the experience without your valid ticket and cannot be located in our system, you are welcome to purchase a ticket as a walk-up Visitor. Walk up tickets are subject to availability.

All tickets are final sale and we cannot offer exchanges, transfers, or refunds. If you believe your circumstance was substantially unavoidable, please contact hello@nevermorepark.com and we will connect you with the appropriate Manager to discuss.

There is no time-limit to your stay (other than our closing time!), and we recommend Visitors plan for between 45 minutes - one hour to enjoy the Experience.

Nevermore Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The Box Office cannot check food, drink, loose and valuable items like laptop computers or cameras.

Yes! Both young at heart and young of years will enjoy Nevermore Park.
Children under the age of seven must be under adult supervision at all times.
Children under the age of fourteen must be checked in by an adult.

Yes! Please share your photos using #NevermorePark and/or tag @FlyboyUniverse.

**If you plan to bring heavy duty photography/videography equipment, please notify Nevermore Park at hello@nevermorepark.com at least 48 hours before your entry time to learn if your equipment will be permitted.

Although we do not offer food on-site, our restaurant neighbors in Pilsen would be happy to feed you!

Nevermore Park merchandise is only available for ticketed Visitors during the duration of their stay. Keep checking our website and social media to learn about new merchandise drops and the launch of the online shop.
